"MAILBOXES – Mailboxes require approval. Residents of the Piedmont
Riding Club are to follow the guidelines as specified on page 30.
Mailboxes are required to be maintained as installed by the Builder
without modification, including routine maintenance and replacement.
Decals, and decorative mailbox covers are not allowed. The mailbox
style and color in Piedmont was selected to create a unifying
appearance in the community. All mailboxes must be constructed as
shown in Exhibit C with either a white wooden post or a white vinyl
MP-250 model post, Georgetown Green box, and the “nameplate” (which
is to contain the house number). For installation, you may contact
Mainstreet Mailboxes for the MP-34 or MP-250 model type, as
described above, at 703-753-5521. Existing wooden posts may be
replaced by white vinyl MP-250 model posts from Mainstreet Mailboxes
without prior Association approval.
An example of the MP-250 post has been installed in front of the
Piedmont Community Center."
