POOL ACCESS

Dear Association Members,

In light of recent events (details) at our swimming pools, and in order to better control access, we recently implemented a program whereby our lifeguards will collect and hold your electronic access cards for you while you swim. Your cards will be returned to you when you leave our pools. This will insure that only residents with electronic access cards will have access to these facilities, and that cards are not passed through the fence to others desiring access.

Residents must have their electronic access cards to enter the pools. Residents may bring up to 3 guests per household and must sign them in with the lifeguards.

Residents who do not have their access cards, or whose recreational facilities privileges have been suspended, will not be allowed to enter the pools.

Thank you in advance for your cooperation.

Sincerely,
Board of Directors

Mailbox REPAIR NOTICE AND INFORMATION
Many residents may have received a letter from Piedmont management regarding mailbox conditions. Many mailboxes in Piedmont have deteriorated and are becoming an eye sore. Posts need to be either repaired and painted (bright white) or replaced; the house number plate should be in good repair with all numbers and hanging from 2 hooks, and the green mail receptacle should not have peeling paint or visible dents and scratches. If you are interested, vinyl replacement posts (Model MP-250) are available from Mainstreet Mailboxes at 703.753.5521. An MP-250 mailbox has been installed in front of the HOA office. Replacement wooden posts (Model MP-34) are also available, along with the number plaques and the mail receptacles. Click here For more details and picture.

   Association's Assessment Collection Resolution
  Dear Association Members,

The Board of Directors is considering amending the Association's Assessment Collection Resolution to streamline the process for dealing with delinquent accounts. The proposed changes are on page 3 in italics. The amendments will enable the Association to deal with delinquent accounts more efficiently at a substantial savings in terms of administrative costs.
